The shrimps... read more I usually arrive on a Wednesday to her Slow Cooked Brown Stew Chicken, but today Thursday was the order of the Coconut Curry Shrimp with vegetables. The shrimps were perfectly cooked with the right amount of chewing, the vegetables were crispy and fresh, and the coconut curry was the perfectly seasoned so that you had the heat, the spices and the cool with every bite. The fried plantains were dense and sweet and the rice and the beans are almost a meal in themselves as tasty and fill them. Even if you cannot enter it for a specific Daily Special, the entire menu is worth it. I personally love her Jerk Pork, and on days when I am not in the mood for Jamaican spices, their BBQ options are gorgeously sharp in front and sweet on the back.
