And if you’re carnivorous, this place might turn you into vegan! The menu is a plant-based, creative take on Mexican staples. I loved the mushroom tacos, the risotto wasn’t exceptional though. I’ll be coming back to try more dishes. The service is prompt and friendly. Machu is located on the first floor of a beautiful colonial building home to Madre Cafe, Roof and Cafecito. The decor is effortlessly chic with the high ceiling, lush wooden floor and giant plants. There are 2 seating areas, all inside, one with a pair of balconies. Music is subtle and the atmosphere is perfect for dates, friendly chats and big group gatherings.
