It's nouvelle cuisi... read more My partner and have visited Tristán twice now, and we absolutely love it! It only recently opened, and I definitely recommend trying it out. It's nouvelle cuisine I am told , and serves classic international dishes but adding Asian, French and Mexican flavors. We were surprised by everything we tried. The corn ribs were amazing, and the lamb burger, mussels in curry, and coffee flavored ribs were delicious. For non meat eaters, the vegetarian options looked very promising. If you have a big appetite, though, I would definitely recommend ordering 2 or 3 courses. The decoration is fun, tropical plants and flamingos meet the collector’s cabinet of curiosities. We liked the fact that its in a less busy part of Condesa restaurants near the parks can be a little overwhelming. We will be returning to try the breakfast options, which also look like favorites with a twist, like avocado toast with lime and tamaho ?! and matcha pancakes.
