Had a craving for a spicy chicken. Stopped by, little extra wait while I waited for them to cook up a fresh and hot spicy. Everyone was so nice and apologized for the wait. Great workers food was excellent. View all feedback.
What Felicity H doesn't like about Wendy's:
On google maps it says it’s open till 5pm I got there at 4:40pm and waited at the order window for 5 minutes, no one said anything. I then pulled up to the window and people kept walking past the window ignoring me. Then someone just shook there head at me and mouthed “closed” I then tried to call and of course no one answered. Unless google maps was wrong with the time they close, not good service at this location View all feedback.
I was told by Maria that they closed their lobby at 7 pm and I needed to eat outside, Its 25 degrees outside. Then she couldnt scan my app. She said the scanner was broken, and i couldnt use or gain points.She was very rude untill i asked what her name was.Save yourself the trouble and go either direction on Highland Dr. to a better location.
My experience in most categories was OK however, the soda fountain machine which is in the dining room does not dispense ice and even without the ice the drinks are hot.
The people were sweet the food was good and was out fast for being fresh! Went in after around 11

Worst Wendy’s ever. Never open when they’re supposed to, quality is much lower than any other Wendy’s in every way.
