Costa Vida - Salt Lake City

I just wanted to say how sweet this location is. I was having such a bad day and they write this little note and it made my heart so happy. Not to mention they completed my order PERFECTLY. Give them all raises!!!!

The food was very good! The customer service was great! We ordered a nacho and 2 kids meals. The person starting the order together misunderstood that I wanted quesadillas with just cheese and veggies. (It was busy and loud and I have a quiet voice). She put beans and rice on the tortilla as if she was preparing a salad. I mentioned that I'd asked for quesadillas but something still was lacking in communication. She topped it with cheese and put it in the oven. Once I got my order I went back and explained what had happened to someone near the check out. I wish I had caught her name! She was very helpful. She went back and made the cheese quesadillas and brought them to our table. She asked if we wanted rice and beans. I said my kids probably wouldn't eat it anyway and thanked her we had already gotten the rice and beans in the previous tortillas. She asked what else she could get us then. I said it was fine but she insisted and asked about chips. I knew my kids would like that so she brought them chips. She was willing to completely fix the order and make sure we were happy. She was very kind. We all enjoyed our meal!

We love Costa vida. Everything in their menu is delicious. I specially like their quesadillas, the dough tastes much better than those you buy at the grocery store, plus lots of cheese and meat!

Wife and I were here during the St. Patrick's Day celebration on March 12th, so LOTS of people. But aside from that, I had the Baja Bowl and was not disappointed. The rice was excellent, the grilled chicken was perfectly cooked, and the cheese was nice and melty. Definitely will come back when the opportunity presents itself.

Sheena and her crew are top notch. Always feel very welcome at this Costa Vida and the food is awesome !!
