Walking in and I knew I w... read more My twin brother Stephen and I were pub and bar hopping around this part of the resort when we chanced upon Flow and what a great find. Walking in and I knew I would enjoy my visit here,interior is superb, light and airy, a cool looking serving bar dominates the main room, pubby decor and furnishings, big screens to enjoy the sport and plenty of seating options spread throughout this bar both inside and outside looking out onto the busy and bustling streets around this bar. We ordered and were served bottles of beer from San Miguel Brewery, these were served in excellent condition being iced cold and sparkling and we just kicked back and took in the great bar we were in. A big fan of this most famous of Spanish beers, the beer I most associate with Spain, its a beer perfect for the hot climate out here in Salou, its a light and hoppy lager style beer bursting with taste and very easy to drink especially when served freezing cold as in this bar, it was just so good being in such a lovely bar enjoying a quality brew and sat with my twin brother Stephen. We both really enjoyed our beers in here before we moved on and although our visit was only fleeting for a first time visit to here we had a great time. Flow is easy to locate along Carrer De Barbastre. Opening hours are; 9.30am till 11.30pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

We visited here late in the afternoon where we had San Miguel brewery lager's which where served iced cold and were very well priced.This is a superb café that's in a nice area of Salou and well worth visiting if your around this area of Salou. (This is my first review of the Flow). Opening Hours. Monday-Sunday-09.30-23.30.

Tapas Portions sizes were huge, daughter had the crispy chicken with honey mustard sauce, also said it was the best chicken she had ever eaten. And that's all she eats really ! So she's a good judge!, crispy prawns were succulent and cooked to perfection, pizza also was amazing, cheese and bacon fries were delicious and plentiful, highly recommended!! On a small side street close to beach.
