I don't normally write reviews for every day shopping stores, however, this Dollar General is an exception. There is not much in Salome and no grocery stores. This store has way more than I was expecting and the staff was very friendly. Pleasantly surprised! View all feedback.
What La Paz G doesn't like about Dollar General:
Employees are friendly for the most part. The store is very untidy and the aisles are always full of boxes. Sometimes you can't even walk down an aisle because there is so much **** laying around! Shelves are bare a lot of the time. I've seen some of the employees put up with a lot of nastiness and rudeness, mostly from all the rude old people (snowbirds) who don't live here full time. The staff is always friendly and will help you find anything. Great prices too. It's my favorite place to shop.

I’ve always liked this store and most of the staff (not all) are friendly and helpful. For a small town it has a lot of offer. It’s great for this fill in day you don’t want to drive an hour to get something you forgot to pick up!

Convenient for a small town. Clean and well stocked. Friendly clerks that are also very knowledgeable about the store stock .
