I order online at least twice a week and always request my fries to be “well done.” However, they rarely get it right. The other day, I went in and ordered well-done fries, but received fries that were just regular with no seasoning. If I wanted plain fries, I could just go to In-N-Out Burger. It's incredibly frustrating to know how good the food can be, yet it usually falls short! I think it’s time to find a new place to eat.
