Nine of us went to the pub for Mother's Day lunch. The atmosphere was great, even though it was busy. The carvery was delicious and the staff were very attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back and will recommend it to all our friends and family.
This restaurant is fantastic for its inviting atmosphere. I visit here every week and it never disappoints. The food is delicious and the bar staff are always polite. The landlord provides amazing entertainment and always makes you feel welcome. The food has greatly improved as well.
We waited 45 minutes for our food to arrive at 12:15. They were out of Carling beer. The service needs to improve, they should learn from Wetherspoons. We left feeling very disappointed.
We went to have our Sunday lunch here after hearing it had changed hands, the food was great, just like a home made Sunday roast very tasty. The pub looked a lot cleaner since the change in management, we will defo be going again.
Had a table booked for 12 pm. Waited over, an hour before starters arrived and then it was 30 minutes before mains and another hour for our deserts we have a 4 year granddaughter started to misbehave because she was bored. We won't be visiting again
