Kitchen staff brought the food and we didn’t see waitstaff again for over an hour. We went to the bar and asked for our check twice and it never came. The waiter came out five different times to help an adjacent table and clearly ignored us. For my English speaking friends in Rota, come here if you want to be treated as a second class customer. I know we don’t speak Spanish, but that’s not a reason to be rude to us. We were kind and polite the entire night. I honestly don’t understand why the lead waiter was so rude. There are plenty of other great spots in Rota for my NAVSTA Rota friends. Avoid this one. Edit: Yes this was your establishment. The waiter with the impressively thin mustache sat us and took our order. He never returned after that. We went in to ask him for the check twice and waited an hour and he completely ignored us. He did come out to serve the Spanish speaking table that was also out on the patio but did not help us at all.

The “cheese” is made in-house, not sure what the base is, but in the veggie chimichanga.. mm! I’ve been so used to ordering it without cheese that it almost seemed weird, but it was a pleasant change.
