I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this restaurant. The level of customer service was exceptional, even compared to other industries. They prepared and packaged my order perfectly, and everything was exactly as I requested. The food was served hot, too! Although the restaurant was a bit busy, I didn't have to wait long, and the atmosphere was relaxed.
The rice was beautifully presented and impeccably clean. Overall, I was very satisfied with the entire experience.
The service at this restaurant is excellent, and I even received a complimentary meal. I've seen other reviews for this KFC, and some people gave it one star because they visited during busy times and left frustrated. It seems like those critics contribute to a negative stereotype.
