I pray that a few months earlier I served with them for another birthday and I was satisfied both for the product and for the courtesy of the boy to whom I had made the phone order. Unfortunately, I don't know what happened this time: at the pastry with which I was related (because this time I went in person) I was obviously antipathic. I showed him a photo taken online of a cake specifying that I was only doing it to explain the theme and style (animals of the wood, fox in particular), since I am not a pastry or a cake designer. He immediately dismissed me saying that they didn't do that kind of American cake, when I reiterated that I didn't want that specific cake but that I only showed it to better explain my idea and that maybe I could be advised and helped by him to find a solution (I was willing to accept any suggestions, demonstrating all my trust), I was told that he didn't know exactly how to help me. I mean, at some point, it seemed like I was harassing their services. I thanked and I went unbelief and amazed by so much rudeness and little attention to the customer. Ah then I went to look on instagram and I saw exactly the type of cake I showed in the photo, not to mention more disparate characters, colors and shapes (as you rightly expect from a workshop that works practically only on order, meeting the needs and wishes of customers). I was really sick. I repeat: I was obviously not nice at the pastry.

They made a crem tart for the 18 years of my beautiful son but especially delicious!!!! Moreover seriousness, cleanliness and professionalism are a business card of all respect and despite it is not in a point of passage or central if you try it you can not do without returning and advertising it because well done things deserve it and it is their key to success, indeed good ones continue like this!!!!

The croissants are large and tasty rich in the required filling. Very good also the panettone and especially the tozzetti!! I recommend it.

All that is prepared is made with top quality ingred... read more I'm lucky to spend the summer at the sea and have this amazing pastry shop a stone's throw from my cottage. All that is prepared is made with top quality ingredients, everything is delicious, from the amazing cornetti to cream (enormous! , to the tarts, to the cakes made in the most diverse manners. I think Coco's secret, is the passion and love for his work, a love that is savored at every bite.
