I gave the service several chances due to my intolerances and the quality of the products, but being treated so rudely for asking to order didn't seem right to me. The negative experience has obviously influenced my opinion, I won't make any further attempts.

Their assortment is exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious desserts, all lactose-free except those with Nutella. I tried their pizza by the slice and I must say it was a tasty experience, their lactose free hazelnut cream puff literally melted in your mouth, offering a heavenly experience. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for delicious options that suit their dietary needs you won't regret it really friendly staff. A gentleman serves us and informs us that they als... read more Gluten free oven near home, I decide to go and try their products by purchasing pizza by the slice and bread. A gentleman serves us and informs us that they also make home deliveries and gives us their flyer. So far everything is positive if it were nothing but a couple of weeks later I decide to call to order pizzas at home. The flyer states that orders can be placed by 9.30am and so I hurry to call because it's 9am sharp. A gentleman responded to me in a rude manner (I imagine the same one who served us the first time) and told me that they no longer accept orders and that the deadline was 9 and that the flyer was old. As a kind and polite person, I thank him and say it will be next time. Tonight I decide to give him a second chance and try to call well in advance (7.30) The same gentleman replied to me (I recognize the voice) telling me that it was not possible to order because they were full and that he does not make home deliveries. I confess that I have never encountered such arrogance and rudeness before. They lost a customer and I definitely won't do good publicity. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
