Service was good. Polite and accommodating with the option of only spices chicken. Very happy that they gave me an option.
Due to their location (not good neighborhood) I order neither delivery by door-dash/grubhub/Uber eats. Delivery are fast, but most of time they make mistake on my order, I requested dark meat but they gave me white meat and the biscuit was salty and mushy. I don’t want to waste but sometimes have no choice.
I love the Service everyone was doing a wonderful job
This KFC is the worst I've ever been to. They completely lack customer service and don't seem to care at all. When I visited today, I noticed that no one was preparing my order. The manager was just leaning against the counter. When I inquired about why my food wasn't being made, her response was that it could take longer.
I only received two chicken wings when I was supposed to get six.
