When I visited today, I noticed that no one was preparing my order. The manager was just leaning against the counter. When I inquired about why my food wasn't being made, her response was that it could take longer.

Delivery are fast, but most of time they make mistake on my order, I requested dark meat but they gave me white meat and the biscuit was salty and mushy. I don’t want to waste but sometimes have no choice.

Although the deliveries are generally prompt, my orders are often incorrect. I specifically ask for dark meat, yet I frequently end up with white meat instead, and the biscuits are often salty and soggy. I make an effort not to waste food, but at times I feel like I have no choice."
