In a polite conversation they told me that it would be ready in 30 minutes. We agreed that they would do it a little later since we ourselves could only pick it up in an hour and a half. In terms of the quality of the rolls, for the most part everything was fine. You can only find fault with little things. The size of the rolls, the amount of sauce and wasabi everything is as it should be. The main disadvantage is the quality/taste of soy sauce, almost water with a sauce flavor.
