Only complaints are the prices are a little high for some of the foods and desserts that you can get (especially the to-go tea leaves of the shop), but the Dine-in tea is very expensive, and the selection is huge.

Owners and employees are very responsive and work significantly hard to ensure that guests have a good experience. Very recommended.

The owner Marcella is absolutely delightful and really knows her teas. She can help you find something for your personal tastes. Lots of very nice gifts too.
