Absolutely grand evening in 1908, the chef has a vision and style that is unique and completely accessible and at the same time pleasant. wines were local and excellent; Service was perfect. Very recommended. Food: 5 Service: 5 atmosphere: 5.

We were greeted at lunch as in the family, and also celiacs served delicious dishes, exceptional condiments and courtesy, compliments. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €30–40
1908 is one of those places that truly stays with you. Dinner kicked off with an actual bite of a lemon leaf from the tree on our table and we immediately understood this won’t be an ordinary dinner. Soulful and savory dishes each centered on a surprise element, from the Alto Adige wagyu to the truly memorable lemon thyme raviolo. The “walk” through Aspinger’s garden for the vegetable dish is pure poetry. Warm service, intimate atmosphere, each course came with its own carefully chosen glass of wine (the Abendrot niedermayr was the one that stayed with me and surprised me the most) An authentic experience, chef Stephan Zippl team 10/10
The service was a complete disaster. The sommelier's disdain was unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. The dishes were beautiful but unfortunately very unusual. We also told the sommelier and the chef that we didn't like the food, but they didn't seem interested in understanding why. The wine prices are also excessive compared to other restaurants of this standing. A very disappointing experience for this type of establishment. I don't recommend going there; there are much better restaurants in the area.
