I live in Reno, Nevada and none of the restaurants compare to this one. The restaurant was spotlessly clean and the chicken legs were the largest I have ever seen in the state. Pope Francis Kitchen has the best cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted, but unfortunately they are no longer on the menu. I wish they would bring them back. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen:
The chicken pieces with extra crispiness are delicious. I enjoy the crispy coating on the chicken. I usually order the Cajun rice as well. However, recently the rice has become very salty. It used to have a good balance of flavors, but they haven't been able to consistently get it right with the Cajun rice. Despite this, I tried pairing it with the chicken and it was a good combination for me. Overall, while they may... View all feedback.
It appears that both a reviewer named Joanne Rotta and I had a similar experience at this Popeyes restaurant. We both encountered poor service, incompetent staff, and incorrect orders. On July 11th, my friend and I placed an order at Popeyes drive-thru. We didn't check the order before leaving, and when we got home, we realized that one item was missing. Understanding that mistakes happen, we decided to give them another chance and returned on July 13th to place another order. However, once again, our order was incorrect and missing items. The staff even added shrimp to our order without our request. We tried to address the issue with the manager, who was also unprofessional and rude. Despite explaining our previous experience, the manager was unapologetic and dismissive. After further arguing, we were ultimately told to leave and the window was closed on us. This location lacks proper service and professionalism, and I would recommend avoiding it if possible. The poor service and attitude of the staff make it an unpleasant dining experience overall. I even considered contacting the franchise owner directly to address these issues. Avoid this Popeyes location if you can.

The last few times I have visited this restaurant, I have ordered online for pick up. However, when I get home, my order is not correct. Sometimes items are missing or there are different items in the bag than what I ordered. I specifically choose what I want to eat, so when I receive items I did not order, I do not eat them as I do not enjoy them. This results in me having to find another meal to eat, making it a waste of money.
I would have fired people if I was the manager of this restaurant. When I went to pick up my order, I had to wait while the staff were just chatting. When I got home, I found that my food was carelessly thrown together. On top of that, many items were out of stock. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to be constantly out of products when the manager should be responsible for ordering them regularly.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant today. Despite having a young staff, which often leads to mediocre service, this crew was exceptional. They were all very polite and provided fast service. The food was fresh and delicious. It wasn't just me who noticed, as I saw them treat every customer with the same level of excellence. Great job to the Popeyes crew today! You should be proud of your work.
