Actual cheese curds (oui oui, il fait squick squick imported from Québec, amazing fries and delicious sauce (although I’d say this is where it differs most from a good traditional poutine gravy . The service is GREAT, and the atmosphere is awesome. As a Canadian I truly felt like home! Well done, Poutinebros. I am so glad I came across this place, absolutely recommend if you want to give poutine a try (or crave a nice poutine “comme par chez nous” .
