Was ignored and skipped a... read more This place is health hazard. Manager is wiping his face, mouth and nose area and touching the part of the tongs that touch the donuts. Was ignored and skipped after waiting in line for 5 minutes. Manager was rude and still didn't a acknowledge me after the customer behind me pointed it out. Miss this place.

The workers were handling money and various items on the counter before touching my food with their bare hands, which is concerning. The plastic lid for my cup didn’t fit, so they took back the old lid that I had touched and returned it to the stack after handling it with their bare hands as well. When I raised my concerns, the staff seemed completely indifferent, and it was apparent that this was their routine. I understand they may come from a different country with different practices, but here we follow health standards that include wearing gloves. I won't be returning and am considering asking a friend at the health department to inspect the place, as the kitchen appeared unclean. I'm seriously second-guessing eating the food I ordered and might just throw it away since I've lost my appetite.
