The crew at t... read more Yesterday we held our annual office at Redmond Hola. I don't know if they wouldn't believe we really show up or what... but they were understated. The crew at the service has done an AMAZING job to ensure that our big, rowing very loud group was supervised. Our waiter was on the run all the time and never missed anything we all impressed and talk about it today! Our food drinks were great that everyone appreciated how much effort went to make sure that the Margaritas flowing food was contemporary. Great job Hola! And I'm sorry if we made a mess.

It was nothing but good vibes from t... read more We decided to try this Mexican-Peruvian spot our last day in Redmond. It was just few miles from the hotel where we stayed. It was nothing but good vibes from the time we walked in till the time we left. We were seated immediately as the place was notbusy but started to fill up after we arrived. The host was Tatiana, a lovely lady. She took our order and checked on usfrequently. The restaurant was full of colors, arts and music and felt so inviting. We didn?t have to wait long for our meals.The food was amazing. Overall, this was a great experience. We hope to go back if we?re ever in the area. This spot is a musttry!

I chose a spicy dish from the menu that was recommended to me—some ribs, which aren't usually my go-to, but I ended up devouring them. The drinks were excellent as well! I also appreciated the fresh potato chips they served as a starter; that was a nice touch.
