Chaat Corner - Redmond
Chaat Corner
Description
While this restaurant has garnered a loyal following for its flavorful Indian dishes and welcoming atmosphere, recent visits reveal a decline in food quality and cleanliness. Guests have reported issues such as dirty dining areas, poorly maintained restrooms, and disheveled utensils. Although some menu items, like the parathas and thali, are praised, others have left diners dissatisfied. The staff's friendliness and generous portions shine, particularly for families seeking vegan options. Overall, while the restaurant shows potential with a few standout dishes, attention to hygiene and consistency in food quality are areas needing improvement for a truly enjoyable experience.

I’m not sure what that translates to, but it was the tastiest dish I’ve ever had.
One of our favorite spots for Sunday brunch! The kitchen is run by a few talented ladies who create amazing dishes. The parathas are especially delicious—I've tried all the flavors, and they are all fantastic. We also enjoyed the halwa puri with aloo sabzi, which was incredibly tasty. Her sarson da saag with makai di roti is one of my favorites. I also tried the masala pav, and it was just okay.
Nice place if you want to try tawa/tandoor parathas. Authentic Punjabi flavour but don't go for Chinese food.
This restaurant has no quality standards. We ordered Dhokla and it like the it had been stale for days and the oil they used to make it tasted and smelled so bad, it’s like they cook food in the oil they already use to deep fry things. Their pav bhaji was bas as well, and Paneer chilly also smelled like bad used oil and was very oily. This place is also very dirty and they are really overpriced for the quality they provide. You can find better indian food in Redmond for the same price
Sorry.. these guys don't know how to make chat. Place is very small and congested. The place is also not maintained clean. They are also very mechanical.. just doing the job just for the heck of it.. no pleasing attitude.. not rude but just not even proper greeting or any professionalism
