The quality of the food is quite good, especially the bakery items, but the prices are a bit high. However, the staff seem a bit downcast and unenthusiastic, which makes the atmosphere feel somewhat dreary. There's a lack of contemporary music—if there's any at all—giving the place a somewhat lifeless vibe. It could use a bit more energy. Would I return? The cake I ordered was just as I expected, but the customer service left much to be desired. I felt more like an inconvenience than a valued customer.
