Orders after me... read more Poor management, only ordered a chicken croissant and an iced coffee, waited 20 mins and couldn't even bother a worker to ask where my food was. Orders after me were accomplished (including sandwiches) and I'm on work break so I had to leave no sandwich and less money.

When the errors are brought... read more Gets my order wrong almost every single day during the week, even though I put it in via mobile order 10-15 minutes before I arrive. When the errors are brought to their attention, I do receive replacements for my incorrect/missing items as necessary, but the frequency of the errors — and the waiting that I need to do while they are corrected — is starting to become unacceptable.

Th... read more I love Dunkin Donuts coffee. I brew it at home. If I were rating just the coffee I'd give it 5 stars. The rest of their products are pretty average or below. They do have good muffins but their donuts are rather average. I stopped buying their breakfast sandwiches because they are lousy. They have these round doughy things they try to pass off as bagels. Their english muffins aren't even english muffins anymore. A couple of years ago they substituted these dinner roll type things for english muffins. (Note to DD: English muffins are suppose to be crisp. Even their eggs are not eggs. They are actually made with 12 ingredients, most of which are decidedly not part of an egg.

If that wasn't bad enough they got the coffee wrong. This is the 3rd time thishas happened to me there I won't go back again.

This morning I ordered a large iced... read more I rarely post reviews anywhere, especially negative ones. I feel bad even posting this, but this is the worst Dunkin around. This morning I ordered a large iced coffee, a sausage egg and cheese wake up wrap and hash browns through the drive-thru. Prettysimple stuff. I received my coffee and was told to pull up and wait for my food, which I've done before and it's no big deal. Iwaited 15 minutes for a WAKEUP WRAP AND HASHBROWNS. I knew at that point they must've forgotten about me, so I went in to askabout my food, and let them know I've been waiting 15 minutes, not in a rude way, but just so they know that i was forgotten.The girl behind the counter searched around where the drive thru window was, and found it, gave it to me and didn't apologize oranything. Just handed it to me like I had just ordered it. I get back in my car and ALSO realized they made my coffee wrong (Ihadn't taken a sip of it yet until I got my food). I didn't bother going back in at that point. I'll also mention this isn't thefirst time I've waited a super long time for anything there either, there was another time I waited a whole half hour in thedrive thru. I've learned my lesson, and will never go back to this location again.
