The food was delicious and the portion sizes were very generous, especially for the price.

The food at this restaurant is just okay. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect and when I called to inform them, I was told it was a communication issue. I agreed to pay the price difference for the correct order, but when the driver arrived, it was still wrong. Instead of my desired chow mein with chicken, green peppers, and black bean sauce, I ended up with chicken chow mein. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for years and have always enjoyed the high-quality food they serve. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the dishes we ordered looked different than usual. Two of the dishes were not what we had ordered and it seemed like they came from a different Chinese takeaway. The overall experience was not terrible, but it was not up to the standard that we have come to expect from this place. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we always looked forward to a fresh and authentic oriental takeaway from here.

Unacceptable to place an order at 19:10, phone at 20:40 and ask where your food is and to be told they are closed due to staffing issues and our money has been refunded. I will not be using again!

Update new people in there, change of name. Food is not as good, served at counter by children taking orders. The chicken balls are terrible and one of my favourites. I've persevered but orders are quite often missing items and food not as good as previously I'm afraid.2023 Best Chinese in Rayleigh food is freshly prepared and always tastes great, not greasy, staff are friendly and helpful. I've tried all sorts off the menu and it's highly recommended 2019
