The last two times I ate there the food and service was excellent.They have really stepped up their game and its close to being one of my favorites as the food has been very good. What Makayla Blake doesn't like about Applebee's Grill:
The service is HORRIBLE. Came in and sat down and waited for 10 minutes, no one came to our table for a drink order. The table behind us was complaining to the manager because they also had poor service. Numerous servers and the manager passed by our table serveral times, not one of them said a word. I paid 5 dollars to have 2 songs played on the TouchTunes Jukebox and they skipped both of them mid-song!!!
We waited 35 minutes for a server without anyone saying a word to us when there was 1 other table that arrived when we did. They received a server within minutes however we were told nothing while the host just did laps around the empty restaurant. A group of 3 workers just watched us from the bar and after 40 minutes we just walked out. Usually a fun place to go but I’m guessing management dosent exist.
Great service. Steak could have been a little better but overall a great experience
Loved the changes, the new manager was amazing and so was the staff highly recommend trying it out
