However, when the lady opened the door, she... read more Unlike other negative reviews, I arrived at the restaurant at 9 o'clock hoping to grab a smoothie after my workout. However, when the lady opened the door, she quickly closed it and disappeared into the back room. I assumed she was just changing or adjusting lights, but after waiting 15 minutes, I decided to leave. Considering this is a national chain, I expected better service. Disappointing experience overall.
