This restaurant is doing a good job overall. The service is efficient and friendly. However, I had a slightly strange experience when I asked for some pepperoni with my roasted chicken breast. They charged an extra 50 cents for just two small pieces of meat without informing me beforehand. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars, I absolutely would. The restaurant was dirty, the food was subpar, and the service was even worse than the mess on the floor. I only visited because it's located inside Walmart and I had some time to kill while my car was being serviced. I initially wanted a meatball sub, but was told they didn’t have any meatballs because the morning shift hadn’t set any out. Fine, I decided to go with a Philly cheesesteak instead. However, I was informed they were out of onions and mushrooms. When I reached the register, I was asked what kind of sandwich I ordered. I simply said, "a bread, meat, and cheese sandwich." The cashier looked puzzled. I had to explain that they were out of many items. When I requested a discount, he turned to his coworker and laughed, which I found completely unprofessional. I also asked for 2 small drinks, but the cashier insisted they only had medium and large sizes. I later discovered he had lied when I sought a refund for the medium drink he charged me for. The drink machine was completely empty, except for water and ice. I was confused as to why this wasn’t mentioned when I bought the cups. When I pointed this out to one of the staff, he said he couldn’t refill the machine because he was off the clock (though he was on break). The restaurant wasn’t busy, and there were at least four employees working. They were the laziest staff I’ve ever encountered; none seemed to take pride in their work. No one was sweeping, wiping down tables, prepping food, or refilling the soda machine. This Subway is bound to lose a lot of customers. I understand that finding good employees is tough, but paying people just to show up is not the answer. I’m very disappointed with Subway and I will NEVER eat here again, even if the staff changes.
Ms. Patel is arguably one of the worst employees I've ever encountered at Subway. Her work quality is poor, she frequently forgets orders, and she treats her coworkers disrespectfully. Additionally, her interactions with customers are problematic; she comes off as dismissive and rude. It's upsetting to witness her yelling at and arguing with her colleagues in front of customers. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've experienced her mistreatment. I've previously seen her take tips from her teenage coworkers, which is incredibly inappropriate behavior for someone of her age. It's shocking that a grown woman, likely nearing retirement, acts as though she owns the place while resorting to such low tactics against young employees. Ms. Patel is unfriendly, inconsiderate, and behaves like a bully. She should not be working at this location. I love visiting this store and interacting with the other employees, as the managers are very kind and foster a positive atmosphere. This store would be much better off without Ms. Patel. I urge management to reconsider her position.

One sub was supposed to have double meat and double cheese, but it had very little meat and almost no cheese at all. I do not recommend this Subway location and hope they can improve.
I placed an online order and when I arrived the store was closed. The business hours on Subways website and on Google both show the store was open for another hour after I arrived. The employee I spoke with stated that they were unable to issue me a refund. The phone number for this location doesn’t work. When I called the store to work this out with management it immediately went to a prerecorded message stating that the voicemailbox had not been setup yet. This location will happily take your money without providing a product and then make you jump through hoops of fire to get your money back.
I ordered through Uber eats the following at the Subway location on Combs in Queen Creek:6 tuna melt with cheddar, onions, jalapenos, and mayoand 6 Outlaw which comes with double pepper jack, green pepper, onions, and baja chipotle.What Subway gave me was a tuna melt with everything I asked for, plus LOTS of extra cheese. The Outlaw had no cheese at all, mayo instead of baja chipotle, no onions, and they added jalapenos.I called the Subway store, and Samantha, who told me she 's the manager, answered the phone. She was unfriendly before I even started speaking, and when I told her my order was wrong, she immediately told me to call Uber and they would refund me. I told her that I would contact them, but she needed to know about it because it was Subways error. She pulled up my order, and asked me to tell her exactly what I got. I told her, and she very sarcastically said well, I 'm sorry for the MINOR error (she emphasized minor), and again told me to call Uber. I told her that it wasn 't a minor error, that the sandwiches were completely wrong, and told her she had a bad attitude. She then said okay, SHANNON, (again placing sarcastic emphasis on my name this time), 'I 'm going to write down your name then and the next time you try to order from us I 'm voiding your order . Then she hung up on me. I can honestly say that this might be the rudest, most aggressive employee I think I 've ever encountered. I didn 't curse at her, raise my voice, nothing.... just wanted to issue a complaint about my order getting so messed up. She was pretty awful, and I can 't imagine a person like this doing your franchises any favors by running a store.
