There aren't very many breakfast places in town, and the new owner really made improvements to the menu. We met the owner and he was very nice and personable. Our server was very attentive... overall, great little breakfast spot and I'll be looking forward to having breakfast with my family here the next time I visit!
The food was delicious!! We all had a BLT which was by far the best BLT we’ve ever had! The service was outstanding and the staff were very courteous and friendly! I highly recommend this diner if you’re in the Quechee area!
If you come to the diner and you complain prices are high, you haven’t then taken into consideration the priceless generous amounts of food, the wonderful atmosphere and the hard working staff. The only tip I can give someone that comes to the Public House Diner is, be prepared to take a to go box. My new favorite breakfast spot!
We had breakfast here. The food was great and the portions large. We ddid not need to eat lunch. The best thing about this place is the staff. Super friendly and attentive.
I'll start first by saying if you can't afford to eat out, then you should go to the grocery store and prepare something yourself. The prices here aren't any more than you'd pay at Perkins, Dennys, etc, and on top of that, you wouldn't be surrounded by this vintage atmosphere at any of those places . This restaurant is absolutely adorable and whatever hiring method this restaurant manager uses should be utilized far more often, incredibly cordial and professional staff. How anyone could leave a bad review is beyond me.
