Spring River Buffet - Quapaw
Spring River Buffet
Description
Adjacent to the casino, this buffet delivers standout seafood boils and occasionally perfectly cooked steaks amid uneven execution. Diners praise friendly staff and moments of excellent service, but frequently report cold or lukewarm hot bars, greasy or dried-out BBQ offerings, slow or missing station service, long waits for steaks, and overpriced add-ons. Desserts are acceptable. Popular with voucher holders, families and seafood lovers seeking variety, the place feels like a post‑COVID buffet that’s fallen in consistency — good moments, unpredictable overall.

Food was great. Had the seafood buffet on Saturday. The restaurant environment was nice with some familiar background music.
The seafood boil at the buffet was fantastic! The service was outstanding, and the meal included delicious crab legs, shrimp, potatoes, corn, and sausage. It was a perfect dining experience!
Barbecue Night! This was the worst-tasting and greasiest BBQ I've ever experienced. There was no BBQ chicken available, the pork was fatty, and the brisket was tough. It took 35-40 minutes to get our steak, which arrived at the end of our meal. Half the time, there was no one at the prime rib station to serve customers. They charge a little more for BBQ night, but I can't understand why. I don't know who is in charge of this restaurant or the Thursday night entertainment, but significant changes are needed. The staff are very nice, though.
Pitiful dried out buffet with limited selection. Couldn’t even fill a single plate. Best of the worst was the cooked to order steak. Lunch was just under $20 and took your money faster than the casino. Recommend trying another venue.
