Subway - Puyallup

On Thursday, May 19th, at 2:30 p.m., I visited this restaurant and was the only customer. I ordered a foot-long black forest ham sandwich. The lady behind the counter did not offer to put it on the bread and impatiently asked if I wanted any other toppings. After each ingredient, she would quickly move on to the next without giving me a chance to say if I wanted lettuce, mayo, tomatoes (which I don't like), etc. I have never felt so rushed in my life (I am 70 years old). Perhaps the issue is that they do not value older customers with money, as they automatically included my loose change in their tip jar without asking. Overall, not a great experience after a long day of traveling on Portland Avenue.

We drove to Subway at 9:30 and the lady working there made a delicious sandwich for us. It was very good.

The employees at this restaurant are incredibly friendly and chatty! My meal was made quickly and with attention to detail. I'm regretful that I didn't capture a photo of my latest sub - it was gorgeous! My go-to order is the Turkey Italiano on Italian bread with cheddar cheese, specifically requesting it not be toasted. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I want to give a shoutout to the employee who was working at 10:30am on 8/28/19. This guy really knows how to make a delicious sandwich. It was the best Subway sandwich I've had in a while. Unfortunately, I didn't get a receipt so I couldn't leave a review anywhere else. Lol.

The two gentlemen inside made the experience quick and simple, and when you ask for extra, be prepared for a generous helping! I loved it.
