Mccobb's Restaurant Gelotti Ice Cream Bar

Stopped by the legendary McCobb’s today (Since 1940 for their Texas Weiners. They did not disappoint. The German Schmaltz hot dogs were delicious and had the perfect snap. Their famous tomato based Texas Weiner sauce was the perfect complement and is available jarred to take home. Save room for their delicious homemade ice cream. There is a very pleasant outdoor seating area along the river to enjoy. Check out McCobb’s, you’ll be glad you did!

I’ll give two stars because the food tasted good, but don’t waste your time. Too many good hot dogs in New Jersey to spend a fortune at this place. What a rip off.

Been coming here with my family members since I was a young! The owners are the best! Prices are fair for the great quality of food you receive ! The sauce is the best around! Try the small cheeseburger with Taylor ham and add sauce to it.. you can thank me later .
