Bottom line..got severe food poisoning. Not going back.
This restaurant is well-loved by the locals. The coleslaw could have been excellent, but it had too much undissolved sugar. The beans were tasty, though. The fish and okra were a bit greasier than I prefer. Despite that, I would definitely return to try another dish. One of my companions ordered the chicken-fried steak, and it looked mouthwatering.
