The salad bar had a wide variety of ingredients to choose from, and for just $3 extra, I could add three different sides, including mac and cheese, dirty rice, and coleslaw. The two cheeseburger sliders were a bit undercooked for my taste, but they paired nicely with the fries.
I had a business meeting at a restaurant in Pompano Beach, located on Powerline Road just south of Atlantic Boulevard. The service, drinks, and food were all excellent. The menu at RT has significantly improved, and I was pleasantly surprised by the updates. I will definitely return.
Good food and services. Everything on the menu looks good, and price is good too. I had the tilapia and shrimp which is very good but shrimps is smaller than the picture. The flavored ice tea is delicious but not cheap. My friend had the fried shrimp and it was good too. They have this $2 margarita and it is a good deal. Went there twice last month and quick seating, plenty of parking and overall no trouble whatsoever. The restaurant is very casual and staffs are pleasant. For some strange reason it is not noisy inside like most restaurants these days. I can have a conversation with my friend without raising my voice. Will go back many more times.
When looking at any chain restaurant it is most important to always think about the brand first. What distinguishes Ruby Tuesday from what I would really call other comparable casual American chains like TGI Friday or Chili’s, it is usually floorless Salad Bar. The price point, the loyalty program and the overall experience, although I would say that this particular location of Ruby Tuesday is a little dated in the ambience. Overall, go there with some of their generous coupons and it will be worth waiting with the 30 minutes, and you should be okay. Be careful with the other guests at this point it was fun to watch for us, but I'm sure it wasn't for the servers.
