Yesterday, Friday, we met with friends to taste the veal head!!!! What? Just... licking your fingers. Well scented with herbs, served with a gribiche sauce.... Chef Philippe !!!! A taste of a texture... .. hum miam miam.... one must believe that each chef has his secret. ... It's safe... we'll come back!!!! And at all, a service with a smile, the kindness we all expected Thanks Philippe !!!!
