This is a 3-star hotel, if I may say. The rooms are neat and clean. The bed is comfy and the pool is clean. The restaurant serves good food. Although there are some minor things that needs to be repaired like the door knob of my room and too strong sir freshener... But over all, this would be a hotel of choice when in Plaridel. What Arken s doesn't like about Aerostop:
Do not stay here. Service was terrible. Room not cleaned for 4 days. When asked to clean they said yes but on return later that night it still had not been cleaned. Shower did not work. Noisy people having parties in room late at night. Asked for a refund as we wished to move to another hotel to which we were told it could not be done till someone in a managerial position was available to authorise it. In other words... It's truly a gem in the heart of Plaridel. This place offers everything in one spot—leisure, dining, aircraft maintenance, and even cross-country flights. More Filipinos should have the chance to enjoy this lifestyle!
**Price:** On weekends, a standard room costs around P1,500. The room comes with complimentary breakfast for two, Wi-Fi, cable, and coffee. **Rooms:** The bedding, pillows, and sheets are all clean. My partner is sensitive about cleanliness due to skin allergies, but both of our stays in different rooms did not cause her any issues at all. They provide three sizes of fresh towels and basic toiletries, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a toothbrush; however, I don't recall seeing toothpaste. It wasn’t a problem for me since I brought my own. **Food Bar:** They offer three types of breakfast: Continental, American, and Filipino. So far, I’ve only tried the Filipino breakfast because, let’s face it, rice is life! It includes pork tocino, corned beef, and tapa. In addition to breakfast, they have an extensive lunch and light meal menu. If you’re looking for a little buzz, there’s also a bar, and once again, the prices are quite reasonable. **Customer Service:** We arrived well past check-in time due to unforeseen circumstances, but the staff member who assisted us was very accommodating and didn’t make a fuss about it—even though he looked like he had just been woken up from a deep sleep by security, or perhaps he thought it was all a dream! Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. **Recommendation:** If you are looking for a clean and quiet place to stay on a budget, this is the perfect choice in Bulacan. They also offer conference rooms and catering services.
I would rate it a 4.5 out of 5. The restaurant is decent, clean, and offers spacious rooms and bathrooms that are affordable and come with amenities like a shower heater and hairdryer. The staff is accommodating and attentive, and the rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a mini fridge, as well as free parking and Wi-Fi! However, they could improve the door locks, as ours looked rusty and were difficult to open. The place is quiet and relatively safe, though I would suggest adding a padlocked gate to the balcony. It made noises throughout the night, which kept me awake, as I was worried it might be a burglar trying to get in.
I stayed here for two nights, on February 24th and 25th. The security guard, J.C. Resurrection, was very attentive and helpful. He patiently answered all my questions about directions to various places, unlike some of the other staff who were rather indifferent. The complimentary breakfast was decent, but the bulalo meat was a bit tough and could have been cooked longer. The hotel is located about 2.3 km from the main road, which makes it a secure and quiet spot if that's what you're looking for.
This restaurant is highly accommodating and comes highly recommended. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
