The staff are friendly, and the popcorn is great,... read more I’ve visited this restaurant five times in the last two months, and overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly, and the popcorn is great, but I’ve encountered a major issue: on three occasions, the popcorn has been shockingly salty. Someone is definitely overdoing it with the salt. While I enjoy the flavor, it can be excessively salty at times. I would be happy to give this place a five-star review once the popcorn consistency improves. Although I prefer this location because it’s closer, DOC Pop at the mall, which is a 35-minute drive away, has consistently good popcorn that isn’t salty. At this rate, the longer trip might be worth considering.

The popcorn is fantastic, but I believe the real highlight is the young staff working there. As someone who’s a bit older, I refer to them as 'kids,' but they are incredibly kind and respectful. It’s refreshing to encounter young people who have been raised well. This week, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner for the first time, and despite being an Oklahoma grad, he was just as nice! Rock Chalk!

Well, I 've only had about half the menu... and so far, it 's delicious!My favorite is Tons of Butter and Jalapeño Cheddar. This popcorn is better than microwave popcorn and movie theater popcorn. Mmmm mmmm good!

We... read more First time visiting the store. Wanted to purchase 4 5 large bags. We we’re sampling and letting the front cashier know which popcorns we wanted to purchase. We asked for a few more samples so we could decide on which gourmet bags to purchase. He was rude and said, “we have to limit our samples”. I could understand if we had not already had them bag up several bags for us to purchase or the store was busy. Because of this lack of customer service they got a $15 sale instead of a $125 sale. The cook in the back was much better at customer service than the guy up front. Disappointed and will not be back.

I picked up a m... read more If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. When I walked into the restaurant, neither of the two employees acknowledged my presence at all. I picked up a menu from the counter to look it over. A few minutes later, a Caucasian woman entered with her two children. She was immediately greeted and asked if she needed help. Meanwhile, I was completely ignored. One of the employees took her order and went off to fulfill it, and still, no one said a word to me. I decided to return the menu to the counter, and there was still no acknowledgment. It was clear that my patronage was neither wanted nor valued. As I was leaving, I finally heard the words, "Can we get an order started for you, ma’am?" I don’t usually see racism in every situation, but this was hard to overlook. In 2023, this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
