This particular branch does not seem to value or respond to customer concerns, as management does not appear to be on-site. However, as of January 23, the bathroom is finally operational again. Not only do they assist me with my purchases and help me with the coffee machines, but they are also enjoyable to chat with and always willing to assist with any issues. They put in great effort to keep the store looking clean. Although the lines may be long, it's simply because we are maintaining a safe distance of 6 feet, as we should. Plus, it's clear that everyone loves this place!
