I tried India and Colombia and although they were okay, I think they should take their coffee a lot seriously. A special coffee place should make a large cappuccino, the milk should be at a high temperature, but not too hot, so it can be served immediately. Well, the cappuccino was too hot, too foamy, so you could not feel the notes of coffee. The Barista was somehow disturbed that I asked for 2 cappuccino with 2 different origins.
