You can't simply walk in for a cup of coffee, as the lobby was closed—whether temporarily or permanently, I'm not sure. This forced customers to wait in a long drive-thru line. If there are enough staff members taking orders outside, there should be enough to serve inside as well. I ultimately decided to go elsewhere.

The staff are often rude, service is slow, orders frequently get mixed up, and they are unwilling to accommodate truck drivers who can't use the drive-thru, even though they make up only half the usual traffic at this location.

The staff was professional and friendly, which made my experience excellent. Thank you, team!
