Don't usually go 5 stars on restaurants. You have to be exceptional, and this Waffle House is the exception to all other ones. The staff was great, perfectly cooked to order lunch. Overall, it was a great experience. Very clean as well. View all feedback.

I was visiting from Louisiana and my ticket was $35 even I tipped the waiter $5 but my card was charged $75. I can't get in touch with anyone there the phone just rings continuously. All I want is money back. I'm going to a file with the Better Business Bureau next. View all feedback.
We did not have the chance to enter , because it was soooooooo crowded.

It’s everything you’d want from a Waffle House experience.
The food was fast and fresh.. the service was absolutely amazing. Always a must to try.
The customer service was awful . They didn't greet us when we entered. We had to clean our own table. They stated they wouldn't serve us until we were seated but didn't direct us to be seated. They treated others differently. We ordered our food ahead of others, but there were people who came after us they greeted them in a friendly manner and immediately serviced them. Although they ordered 10 to 15 minutes after us, they received their food before us. There was on waitress who was really good to us. The manager did apologize and attempted to make things right.
