Cool Springs Location: If the hostess assistant can 't make eye contact or acknowledge anyone when they say thank you, etc. , it probably is not a good fit for their personality. The bathrooms were somewhat clean, but in dire need of a redo after 25 years of use, and more accountable cleanings during work hours eg every 30 minutes ? . We love the house salad and little roll you get. Also the egg rolls are delicious, along with several other things.
One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had in awhile! I love their twist on average American food.
Good food and service was great but very loud inside. Was disgusted to find that they are now charging a 3% convenience fee for paying with a credit card. In effect they are passing on their credit card banking fees for to us the customer to pay.
I go to this location a few times a month and this a great place to watch a game, hang with friends, grab a drink, or have a good meal. They have an extensive menu and weekly specials. 2-for-1 drinks on Sunday and 2-for-1 drinks and pizzas on Tuesdays.
