Burger King In Frankl - Lufkin

Burger King was very good and a good experience the worker was polite and respectful I just love Burger King

There were hardly any people in the dining room. Most of the tables were dirty when we came in. We found the cleanest one and then it took forever for our food to come. Also my son wanted a frozen Coke and they were out of Coke entirely. When I got up there to get our food I got called back to the counter because the man had gaven me the wrong burger. I have not eaten at a Burger King in years and I probably won't again for a very long time. The only reason we went was because my 3 1/2-year-old son had never been to a Burger King and he asked to go.

This is a pretty consistent disastrous experience. Today, I was first in line. It took six minutes to be noticed. 18 minutes later, I was handed my chicken with cheese and rings... Without cheese and with fries. So zero items were correct AND is was almost a half hour to get food. But it IS near a place i go often...

We went in after the lunch rush and our burgers were lukewarm and dried out. I am a life long loyal customer who loves Burger King and would happily return again and again but in this case saving money appears to be more important than saving customers. Short sighted to say the least.

Good food, Good service, The cleaning of the premises is DISGUSTING!
