The dessert... read more The management at this restaurant is terrible. They never answer their phone and tend to ignore customers who raise concerns about recent problems. The dessert I had was dry, and there were small bits that looked like leftover scraps from the bottom of an orange tablet. I’ve never felt so dissatisfied with a dining experience. When I voiced my complaints, the management dismissed them by claiming it was a takeout order. It seems like they care more about their own interests than about ensuring customer satisfaction. They also appear to want to dodge negative publicity, even though customers are spending their hard-earned money.

I'm not sure who makes the rice here, b... read more I was in many different Panda Express restaurants, and this one from far away has the WORST fried rice I've ever tasted. I'm not sure who makes the rice here, but they have to double check their recipe because it's terrible. I always enjoyed the rice of Panda, but it was almost impossible.

Food is normally good the customer service is the issue. They have no sense of urgency, poor time management and they fail to plan ahead. The cooks will wonder... read more Food is normally good the customer service is the issue. They have no sense of urgency, poor time management and they fail to plan ahead. The cooks will wonder off to the back when they have several food items out on the line. You will see 2 poeplepushing a broom and 2 poeple on the line getting orders out while they have a line out the door. They wait until they aretotally out of a food item to call out to a cook to make more. The biggest issue for me is the deal with it attitude they seemto have about these issues. I normally get lunch here once a week and this is an issue on about 80% of my visits.
