Bristlecone - Phoenix
Bristlecone
Description
While the restaurant scene in Phoenix flourishes with high vegan standards, diners might find mixed experiences at certain establishments. One such venue offers unique flavor combinations, with highlights including a creative blend of rosemary, olive oil, pistachio, and vanilla, all while maintaining excellent customer service. Despite some concerns over portion sizes and limited toppings for their oat milk soft serve, the inviting atmosphere and friendly staff leave a positive impression. This establishment, connected to Beaut Burger, holds promise for improvement and remains a commendable option for those on the hunt for vegan treats.

I recently tried a unique dish at Sweet Hair restaurant. Despite the unusual combination of rosemary, olive oil, pistachio, and vanilla, I found it surprisingly delicious. Elizabeth provided excellent customer service during my visit.
The restaurant provides excellent value for their prices and is definitely worth the money. Their unique combinations leave you feeling fresh, satisfied, and happy, rather than bloated and unhealthy. I highly recommend it. (10/10)
I appreciate the existence of this restaurant, but unfortunately I was not impressed with the portion size. It wasn't terrible, just not great. Phoenix has high vegan standards, thanks to popular spots like Tsoynami at Nami. I recommend they focus on improving their brand and taste to stay competitive. However, I am thankful that they were open on a Sunday when other places were closed. The toppings are limited, but the employees were friendly. The restaurant is connected to Beaut Burger, so you can enter through either door.
I recently tried the Oh! Sweet nothin dish and was pleasantly surprised by its unique combination of rosemary, olive oil, pistachio, and vanilla flavors. Although it may sound unusual, I enjoyed the taste. Elizabeth provided excellent customer service and made my experience even better.
