Description

Dining at this restaurant offers a modern twist on traditional Chinese cuisine, showcasing a vibrant ambiance and a menu rich in dumplings and noodles. While the pork buns and dumplings receive high praise for their flavor and authenticity, the noodle dishes evoke mixed reactions, with some diners reporting unsatisfactory experiences and even allergies. Service can be slow, and cleanliness is an issue for some guests. However, the friendly staff and affordable prices contribute to an overall enjoyable experience. For those near Curtin University, this eatery remains a popular choice among locals seeking deliciously homemade Chinese dishes.

I had been wanting to try this restaurant for years, but was ultimately disappointed. The dumplings had a thick skin and were extremely spicy and delicious. The wontons lacked flavor and were served in a tasteless butter broth, while the Dan Dan noodles were inedible, just covered in Szechuan peppercorns. We couldn't even finish it. I don't plan on returning and regret spending my money there. I think I could have made a better meal at home with supermarket dumplings and instant noodles, which would have been much cheaper.

Eating is not too bad, but the waiting time is honest really disappointing wether they eat in or take out it takes an average of 20-30 minutes and we are here several times

There is a wide variety of noodles available at this restaurant, including some delicious pork dishes that are a must-try. I will definitely be returning to sample more of their noodle options!

Authentic delicious shanghainese dumplings. Tasty and hand-made just like the original store in Shanghai. <br/ <br/ The 'Pan fried pork bun ' is a must get! Soft on the top, crispy fried bottom. Inside is stuffed with meat, veggies and a lot of piping hot soup, so be careful! The best way to eat it, is to flip it on the side, nibble a bite and let the steam out.

I ordered two servings of their steamed dumplings and a pork chop. Both dishes were incredibly tasty, and the service was very friendly. They have a wide variety of options, including numerous rice dishes, noodle dishes, and outstanding pan-fried buns and dumplings. We will definitely be returning!
