I ordered the buffalafel burger which came with fries, although, found the patty overwhelmingly large (the fried batter surrounding it was thicker than the actual patty). I couldn't finish it all and felt extremely ill after my meal... sore head, nauseous and vomiting throughout the night

Crea... read more Burgers, beers, big screens! Varsity have taken over what used to be the Waterford and originally Hippocreek in the Waterford Plaza near Curtin University. Creating the best iteration of this venue! Now with more bar tables and stools the place feels more dense and on a Monday night was buzzing. Monday's special is wings so we grabbed a baskets plus some burgers and drinks. The wings were doused in Franks hot sauce making them sticky spicy and delicious. Burgers were cooked perfectly and served with crisp hot chips. We washed our meal down with a Matso's Ginger Beer and Colonial Small Ale. All up a great meal in a great venue. I look forward to the rivalry between the north and south venues. We will be back.

I have never had hot chips from this place even if dinning in or having to wait for my takeout to be finished. Great atmosphere if you are dinning in! I would recommend the Cheeseburger Deluxe and chips with cheese and bacon bits. Yum!
