We were a group of 6 and ordered the buttermilk chicken appetiser, duck taco, sirloin steak, mushroom gnocchi, steak sandwich and brisket sliders. All were fantastic and delicious. The atmosphere was warm and intimate; Niche is definitely perfect as a classier option to go with your friends/family. <br/ <br/ We must mention how terrific the girl that served us; she was attentive and very friendly. Big difference from the other male waiter that was very unhelpful and took forever to show us to our seats.<br/ <br/ Other than that, 2 big thumbs up. Will go back again.

At times there was a slight wait, but I've waited muuuuch longer in restaurants that are fully staffed so absolutely hats off to the guy on the floor. He's worth his weight in gold!I wasn't amazed by the food but it was well priced and tasty. I think the best part of this restaurant is that it's dark and intimate. You have share food to eat with perhaps a first date or a loved one. You could also take a group as it's not a noisy restaurant plus you'd feel like you're the only ones there as there are only around 10 tables. I should note that this venue is attached to the niche bar, so I don't know what a Friday or Saturday night dinner here would be like, as you would have a whole different atmosphere given the bar would be open and patrons would be inside I'm sure it would be fun, but less intimate than it is Monday to Thursday. My advice? Give it a go and see what you think!
