Excellent food. Terrific service. Great atmosphere. Reasonable prices.
Went here for our first time. I had the backyard burger, which was okay nothing too exciting. A friend got smothered chicken and it almost tasted like a ketchup was on it. Our service was horrible!! I can understand if our waitress was busy with other tables I am good with short staff), nope she disappeared completely. One of our friends had to go to the bar and get our drinks. And it happened all night and no manners.
This is the best hidden gem in Southern Illinois. A fantastic menu and a great buffet on Sundays. It is worth the drive to come eat here. A bonus is the driving range and a beautiful golf course. It is now my favorite restaurant Southern Illinois.Parking: Plenty of parking under the shade trees.Wheelchair accessibility: Flat level ground handicap accessible. Plenty of concrete pathways.
Beautiful dining space with great atmosphere. Our waitress was great, staying on top of our drink refills and even asking if we wanted a drink to go.I would recommend putting scuttle inn on your restaurant rotation.
We just finished our meal of grilled pork chops and rib-eye steak. It was by far the best food we have had in a very long time. The rib-eye steak literally melted in your mouth, it was the most tender one I have ever had. Even my picky Mom loved her grilled pork chop and couldn't stop eating it. This was the first time in a while that she didn't have any complaints about her food. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you for the outstanding meal.
